This site complies with the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

All pages are written in XHTML strict and use CSS for visual layout. The content will still be accessible even if your browser isn't compatible with the W3C CSS standards.

Each page uses well-structured semantic markup. For instance, header tags like <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, etc. are used to logically structure the content. Users of the JAWS screenreader can skip between header tags using ALT+INSERT+1, ALT+INSERT+2, etc.
