Each cartoon comes with 2 discussion questions - (a) for Primary level and (b) for Secondary, JC/CI, Poly level. Teachers may wish to use these comics and questions to conduct classroom discussions on NE issues with students.

(b) Why is racial harmony important in Singapore?

(a) What is a terrorist? Is Singapore safe from terrorists?
(b) What lessons have we learnt in the global fight against terrorism? How can we incorporate such lessons into our homeland defence?

(a) Are you proud to be a Singaporean? Why? What are some of the things we can be proud of in Singapore?
(b) Are you proud to be a Singaporean? Why? How do you show your love for Singapore? Why do you think foreigners want to take up Singaporean citizenship?

Questions:
(a) Locate Singapore on the world map. How big are we compared to other countries? Who came up with the term 'The Little Red Dot' and why is Singapore known as that?
(b) Conduct research on the Huntington and Fukuyama theses. How are they related to racial harmony?

(a) What do you like most about Singapore? What kind of information can you find on an identity card? (Teacher may wish to show students a sample identity card).
(b) What do you like most about Singapore? Is Singapore worth defending? Why?

(a) What fruit would you use to describe Singapore? Why? Have you been to the Esplanade? What can you see and do there?
(b) What would be a symbol of our Singapore Identity? What does it mean to be a Singaporean?
